Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
We cannot promise what a landlord decides, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can do is clean to what leasing offices in this market actually inspect, which is appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, bathrooms and floors, and give you photographs of the finished property to support your side of the conversation.
When should I book the clean?
After the property is empty and before the final inspection. If the removal van and the inspection are on the same day, tell us at the booking so we can build the schedule around it rather than finding out on the morning.
Do you clean inside cabinets and appliances?
Yes, on every move clean. That is the whole point of cleaning an empty property, and it is the first place an inspection looks. Cabinets need to be empty when we arrive.
Can you clean before I move in?
Yes, and it is worth doing. A property that has been sitting empty, or that someone else has just left, is rarely as clean as it looks. Booking the day before your furniture arrives gives you a genuinely fresh start.
