Terms and Conditions

These terms should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. They describe how quoting and booking actually work on this site; the liability and dispute sections are the ones that need professional attention.

Quotes

Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We aim to come back to you within one business day. A quote is based on the property details you give us or on a walkthrough, and it is fixed once agreed. It does not change afterwards without your agreement.

If the property turns out to be materially different from what was described, we will tell you before starting and requote rather than doing less work for the same price or charging more without asking.

Booking, changing and cancelling

No deposit is required to book. Recurring plans are not fixed-term contracts: you can change the frequency, skip a visit or stop altogether with reasonable notice, and there is no penalty for doing so.

To complete before launch: state what counts as reasonable notice, for example 24 or 48 hours, and whether a late cancellation or a visit where the team cannot get access is chargeable. This is the single most common source of disputes in this industry, so it is worth being explicit.

Access to the property

You do not have to be present. If you are not, you are responsible for arranging safe and lawful access, including keys, codes, alarm instructions and any building or concierge procedure. Tell us before the first visit about anything fragile, valuable or off limits.

Our guarantee

If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right. That is the guarantee, and you do not have to argue for it. It covers redoing work that was not done to standard; it is not a refund guarantee and it does not cover damage that was already there.

Payment

Payment is due after the cleaning is complete, never before. We confirm which payment methods we accept when you book.

To complete before launch: state accepted payment methods, invoice terms for commercial clients, and what happens if an invoice is not paid.

What we do not do

Individual service pages list what is included and what is not. In general we do not move heavy furniture or appliances where doing so risks damage, we do not work at height beyond ground-floor windows, and we do not handle biohazards, mould remediation, pest control or anything requiring licensed hazardous-material handling.

Liability

To complete before launch, with a lawyer. This section needs to state how damage is reported and within what period, what is excluded, and any limitation of liability. Do not publish a limitation clause that has not been reviewed, and do not state an insurance position here until it is verified.

Governing law

To complete before launch: state that these terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, and where disputes are resolved. Confirm the wording with your lawyer.
