Medical and dental practices are scoped separately from general office cleaning. Treatment rooms, waiting areas, reception and washrooms each have different requirements, and the work is documented so the practice has a record of what was cleaned and when.
A clinical space is one of the few commercial environments where cleaning is part of a regulated process rather than simply presentation, and it is not a job to take on casually. We scope treatment areas separately from general areas, agree which surfaces are ours and which remain clinical staff responsibility, and keep a record of each visit. Where a practice has its own infection-control protocol we work to it rather than imposing a generic one. What we do not do is handle clinical waste, which stays with your licensed contractor.

Do you handle clinical waste?
No. Clinical and sharps waste stays with your licensed waste contractor, and any cleaning company telling you otherwise is one to avoid. We collect general and recycling waste to your designated points.
Can you clean between patient sessions?
Yes, where the schedule allows. Terminal cleaning between sessions is priced as an add-on because it needs a crew on site during working hours rather than after them.
Do you follow our infection-control protocol?
Yes. Where a practice has its own documented protocol we work to it. Where it does not, we agree a written scope covering surfaces, products and frequency so nothing is left to assumption.
Do you provide a record of cleaning?
Yes, a dated record of each visit and what was covered. Practices generally need it for their own compliance, so it is part of the standard scope rather than an extra.
