We put a price in writing
Fixed after a walkthrough or from the details you send.
We build your checklist
Room by room on the first visit, recording what matters to you.
We keep it steady
The same pair wherever scheduling allows, working from that checklist.
What changes from one property to the next
Those four steps are the same whoever is calling. What changes is the walkthrough, because a home, a working building and a one-off specialty job each need different questions answered before a price means anything.
In a home
The walkthrough is about the surfaces and about anything that needs care. That is what becomes the room-by-room checklist on the first visit, and it is the reason the same pair comes back wherever scheduling allows, working from that checklist rather than from memory.
In a commercial building
The walkthrough also has to cover access points and the hours you need us in. Keys, entry codes, the alarm procedure and any out-of-hours arrangement are settled before the first visit rather than worked out at the door. The scope and the price are put in writing for the frequency you want, with nothing assumed, and after the first month we check that scope still matches how the building is actually being used.
On specialty work
Specialty work is never quoted blind. We see the property and its actual condition first, then commit to a written figure and a completion date you can plan around. The crew size matches the deadline, rather than the deadline matching the crew, and we do not leave site until you have seen the finished job.
