Either you want the place kept on top of, and a regular visit is the answer, or something specific has to happen by a date, which is where a deep clean or a move-day clean fits. The first visit on a recurring plan almost always takes longer than the ones that follow, because we are catching up on everything at once and building the checklist for your property. After that the visits settle into a rhythm and the price settles with them.

Common questions about residential cleaning
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size and condition of the home, how often you want us and any add-ons. We do not quote by the hour, because that penalises you for a slow day. A first visit usually costs more than the recurring visits that follow. Send us the property details and you get an accurate figure within one business day.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Products, cloths, vacuums and equipment all come with the team. If you would rather we used a specific product on a particular surface, or there is something you want avoided, tell us before the first visit and we will plan around it.
Do I have to be home?
Entirely your choice. Plenty of clients leave access arrangements with us and are out at work, and plenty prefer to be there, especially for a first visit. Either way we confirm the arrival window beforehand so you are not waiting in.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Yes. Give us as much notice as you can and we will move it. Recurring plans are not contracts, and there is no penalty for skipping a week when you are away.
