• Hallways, landings and stair treads, which take more traffic than any other floor
• Hard floors mopped and carpets vacuumed throughout
• Waste taken out and liners replaced

Recurring House Cleaning

• A consistent room-by-room checklist built for your property
• Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned every visit
• All floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped
• Dusting of surfaces, sills and reachable ledges
• Beds made, or linen changed if you leave it out
• Bins emptied and relined
• A rotating extra each visit, so nothing is neglected long-term

One-Time Cleaning

• A room-by-room scope agreed before the visit rather than decided on the doorstep
• Kitchens, including cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors and inside the microwave
• Bathrooms, including tile, screens, fixtures and mirrors
• All floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped
• Dusting of surfaces, sills, skirting and reachable ledges
• Bins emptied and relined
• A walkthrough with you before the team leaves

Apartment and Condo Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

• Everything in a standard clean, done more thoroughly
• Inside the oven and the refrigerator
• Cabinet and drawer fronts, and inside where they are empty
• Skirting boards, door frames and the tops of doors
• Grout lines, tile and shower screens descaled
• Light fittings, switch plates and reachable vents
• Behind and under furniture we can safely move
• Interior windows, sills and tracks

Kitchen Cleaning

• Cabinet doors, handles, edges and the greasy top rail above the wall units
• Splashbacks, tiled returns and the wall behind the hob
• Hob, oven front, extractor canopy exterior and the filters where they lift out
• Oven interior, including the racks, the door glass and the seal
• Refrigerator interior, shelves, drawers and the door gasket
• Microwave inside and out
• Sink, taps, drainer and the waste outlet, descaled
• Worktops wiped and finished around whatever you leave standing
• Floor edges, plinths and the strip that runs under the units

Bathroom Cleaning

• Shower screens taken back to clear glass, with the seals and the track
• Tiled walls washed and the grout lines worked rather than glossed over
• Baths, basins, pedestals and the sealant line where they meet the wall
• Taps, spouts and shower heads descaled, including the outlet holes
• Toilets inside and out, taking in the base, the fixings, the cistern and the hinges
• Extractor vent covers wiped and the grille cleared
• Mirrors, cabinets and glass shelving
• Floors washed into the corners and along the sealant

Move-In Cleaning

• Every cupboard, drawer and fitted wardrobe opened and cleaned inside
• Oven, hob, extractor and cold appliance seals dealt with before food goes near them
• Bathrooms taken back to a state you are willing to stand in barefoot
• Floors cleaned throughout while there is nothing standing on them
• Wall marks, picture hooks and the ghosting left by removed furniture addressed where the paint allows
• Window interiors, sills, catches and runners
• Radiators, switch plates, sockets and door furniture
• Loft hatches, meter cupboards and under-stairs space where they are open

Move-Out Cleaning

• The scope written against the checklist your leasing office or landlord issues, where one exists
• Every fitted cupboard and drawer, emptied by you and cleaned by us
• Cooker, hob, extractor and cold appliances dealt with inside and out
• Bathrooms detailed, with the scale taken off fittings and screens
• Skirting, frames, doors, switch plates and light fittings
• Floors finished last, once the rest of each room is done
• Marks on walls treated where the paint stands up to it
• A photographed set covering every room as we leave it

Airbnb and Short-Let Turnover

• A full clean of every room between guests, to your property checklist
• Beds stripped and remade with the linen provided or left out
• Bathrooms reset, including tiles, screens, fixtures and mirrors
• Kitchen cleaned, including appliance exteriors, inside the microwave and the sink
• Crockery, glassware and cutlery checked, washed and put back where they belong
• Consumables restocked from the stock you keep at the property
• Rubbish and recycling removed to the collection point
• Presentation reset to match the listing photographs
• Damage, breakages and missing items reported to you with photographs

Rental Turnover Cleaning

• A full clean of an empty property, room by room
• Inside all cabinets, drawers, wardrobes and built-in storage
• Inside the oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher
• Bathrooms detailed, including grout, screens, fixtures and extractor grilles
• All floors cleaned and finished appropriately to the surface
