A one-time clean is exactly one visit, arranged for a date you choose, with no plan behind it and nothing to cancel afterwards. Mater Cleaning Services books these across Metro Atlanta for the week before guests arrive, the morning after a party, the gap between tenancies and any other occasion where a property has to be right once rather than kept right indefinitely. The scope is agreed before we come and the figure is fixed at that point.
The question worth settling before you book one is what standard you want on the day, because one-time describes the frequency rather than the depth. Some single visits are a standard clean bought as a one-off. Others are much closer to a full reset, because nobody has been through the property properly in a year and it shows. Nothing turns into a recurring plan by itself and nobody is chased into one afterwards, though a fair number of clients ask.

Common questions about one-time cleaning
Is a one-time clean the same as a deep clean?
Not automatically, though people often mean the deep clean when they ask for this. One-time describes how often we come. Deep describes how far we go. A single booking can be either, and it is much better to establish which you want at the quote than to have you expecting an oven and a grout line you did not book.
Do I have to sign up for anything?
Nothing at all. A single visit is a complete transaction. Some clients use us once a year before the holidays and we are glad to see them, and nobody gets pushed towards a recurring plan on the day.
How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, and more in the run-up to holidays when single visits are in demand. We answer every enquiry within one business day and will tell you then what is genuinely available, rather than promising a slot we later have to move.
Can a one-time clean turn into a recurring plan later?
Yes, and the first visit makes that decision easier for both of us because we will have seen the property. If you decide afterwards that you want us back regularly, the recurring plan is quoted from what we actually found rather than from a description.
