The first visit is doing catch-up work and takes longest; by the third or fourth visit the property is in a steady state and the visit is genuinely maintenance. How often should I book?
Fortnightly suits most family homes. Weekly makes sense with pets, young children or a busy household. Monthly works for smaller or lightly used properties, though expect each visit to be more substantial. We will tell you honestly at the walkthrough which one fits.
Do I get the same cleaners each time?
Wherever scheduling allows, yes, and we work hard at it because it genuinely improves the result. Holidays and illness happen, and when they do we brief whoever covers from your checklist so nothing is missed.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring plans run visit to visit. Change the frequency, skip a week while you are away or stop entirely, with reasonable notice and no penalty.
Does the price change over time?
The quoted recurring price is fixed for the agreed scope. The first visit often costs more because it is catch-up work. If the property or the scope changes materially we will requote rather than quietly reduce what gets done.
