What is the difference between janitorial and office cleaning?
Structure more than the tasks themselves. Office cleaning is a recurring visit to one workplace. A janitorial programme covers a whole building, states a periodic cycle alongside the daily work, and settles supplies, access and reporting in a written scope. Buildings with more than one tenant or more than one use generally need the second one.
Do you supply consumables and equipment?
Equipment always comes with the team. Consumables such as paper, soap and liners can be supplied and stock-managed by us as a priced line, or we simply restock what you buy. Decide it at the walkthrough so it goes into the scope rather than being argued about in month three.
What happens if something is missed?
You tell the named contact and we put it right. If the same thing recurs, the scope is wrong rather than the team, and that is what the review exists for. A scope written in month one against a building that has since changed how it is used will keep producing the same complaint until somebody amends it.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We work to an agreed schedule rather than a long lock-in, and the scope is reviewed after the first month because that is when it usually needs adjusting. If the building changes materially we requote rather than quietly dropping tasks to make the hours fit.
