Apartment and condo cleaning is scaled to smaller footprints and to the practical realities of a managed building: visitor parking, lift access, loading-bay bookings, concierge sign-in and quiet hours. We handle the building procedure as part of the job rather than treating it as your problem.
Cleaning an apartment is not simply a smaller house clean. The floor area is smaller but the density of kitchen and bathroom work is often the same or higher, and the building itself adds constraints a detached house never does. Buildings with a concierge usually need us on an approved contractor list, some restrict working hours, and lift access frequently has to be booked. Tell us the building name at the quote stage and we will find out what is required rather than discovering it at the door.
What is included

- Communal corridors, lobbies and shared areas, which are the building's responsibility
- Balcony exteriors above ground-floor level
- Storage cages and basement lockers unless agreed
- Anything requiring roof or facade access

Common questions about apartment and condo cleaning
Do you clean apartments in buildings with a concierge?
Yes, regularly. Tell us the building at the quote stage and we will find out what it requires, whether that is an approved contractor list, insurance documentation on file, a signing-in procedure or restricted working hours.
Is apartment cleaning cheaper than a house?
Usually, because there is less floor area, but not proportionally. Kitchens and bathrooms are the most labour-intensive rooms and an apartment often has the same number of them as a small house, so the price does not fall as fast as the square footage.
Can you work around a booked lift or loading bay?
Yes. Tell us the window and we will schedule to it. In buildings where the lift has to be booked, it is worth telling us at the start so we can build it into the recurring slot rather than rebooking every visit.
Do you clean short-let apartments between guests?
Yes, on a fixed changeover checklist. Ask about specialty turnovers, which are priced and scheduled differently from a residential recurring plan.
