How often should an office be cleaned?
It depends on headcount and footfall rather than floor area. A small professional office is often fine weekly or twice weekly. A busy open-plan floor, or anywhere with public visitors, usually needs nightly attention, particularly the washrooms. We will give you an honest recommendation at the walkthrough.
Do you clean outside office hours?
Yes, and that is the normal arrangement. Early mornings, evenings and weekends all work. We agree keys, codes and the alarm procedure in writing before the first visit.
Do you supply washroom consumables?
We can, as a priced add-on, or we restock what you supply. Whichever you choose, tell us at the walkthrough so restocking is written into the scope rather than assumed.
Are cleaning products included in the price?
Yes. All products and equipment come with the team. If your building has specific requirements about the products used on particular surfaces, tell us at the walkthrough and we will work to them.
